JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for managing and orchestrating the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. The Campaign Manager will organize and execute global campaigns that drive awareness and demand among MasterControl prospects/customers. The position requires strong organizational skills, ability to bring multiple workstreams together by working cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders including product marketing, sales, design, content, and strategy.

As a member of the marketing team, the Campaign Manager will champion the concept of integrated, data-driven marketing throughout the organization. This role will report to the senior director of PR and Campaigns and work very closely with the marketing Strategy, Creative and Demand Gen team leads.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work closely with strategy and project managers to prioritize and fulfill campaigns and communications for prospect marketing, customer marketing and customer success initiatives.
  • Become the primary point of orchestration for campaign development, delivery, measurement and reporting. Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams and multi-faceted projects.
  • Supervise the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, animators, and printers, to ensure alignment with the goals of customer marketing.
  • Ensure that the organization's brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and all communication channels; seeking or providing formal sign-off as necessary.
  • Drive content creation, working with vendors, internal creative teams and other stakeholders.
  • Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of customer marketing campaigns.
  • Support marketing leadership by providing visibility into process efficiency and resource utilization.
  • Mentor junior members of the team.

Required Skills

  • Exacting attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple work streams and groups.
  • Great facilitation skills, seasoned in active listening techniques; diplomatic and politically savvy.
  • Strong communications skills. Ability to clearly document deliverables, required actions and timetables.
  • Experience with taking complex, multi-platform campaigns and breaking them into manageable projects.
  • Ability to prioritize, assess trade-offs and make hard decisions to ensure that campaigns are successful.
  • Demonstrated ability to 'think on your feet' and evolve to changing organizational requirements.
  • Ability to resolve or escalate issues when required.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • 5+ years Campaign Management in a marketing organization.
  • Bachelor's in Business or Management with a concentration in Marketing, or relevant work experience.
  • Start-up experience preferred, but not required.
