The Talent Coordinator has a passion for making the work environment fun and inviting for current and future MasterControl employees.  This individual is responsible for general Human Resources operations in a fast-paced and fun technology environment.  The role works closely with the Human Resources team (#BestTeamOnThePlanet) to schedule phone and in-person interviews for internal/external talent, maintain employee and candidate records, coordinate recognition programs, plan company events, and manage general HR programs.  The successful candidate must be detail-oriented and organized.  The Talent Coordinator is approachable and works well with employees throughout the Company at all levels to ensure best in class HR & Recruiting practices.  As a talent acquisition representative, the Talent Coordinator must have excellent phone skills and the ability to represent the Company professionally.  The role will help keep our hiring process smooth to help us recruit and retain high-performing employees.  This position plays an essential role on our high-energy and dynamic HR team who happen to love social media.  Follow our culture updates on Twitter @CareersMC. 


  • Maintain HR/recruiting records and employee/candidate databases
  • Manages various projects for executive team members and hiring managers
  • Manage cross-departmental scheduling to effectively coordinate scheduled meetings and phone/on-site interviews with internal/external candidates (#NoDayIsEverTheSame)
  • Assist with new employee onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into their new role (#WelcomeToTheTeam)
  • Assist in Company recognition programs (#GreenAndGold)
  • Active involvement in the execution of Company events (#WeLoveParties)
  • Miscellaneous (awesome) assignments from Manager (#FunProjects)


  • Ability to operate a computer and work at a desk for an extended period of time.
  • Ability to travel and attend events where one may be standing for long periods of time.


  • One or more years of Human Resources and/or Talent Coordinator experience or related experience in a corporate environment
  • Bachelors' Degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred, but not required
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, WORD, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and best practices preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to interact with internal and external parties in a manner that generates excitement and builds confidence in established processes
  • Comfortable with using social media in a professional setting (#BestTeamOnThePlanet)
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
