The Account Based Marketing Specialist will help execute, implement and optimize an account-based strategy to support ABM best practices. This role will own our target account database and have a deep understanding of a complex B2B software sales cycle. The ABM Specialist will operationalize highly targeted engagement programs for key accounts [strategic prospects and existing customers] utilizing marketing automation, ABM platform [Terminus] and personalization applications. Our ABM campaigns will create alignment with Sales to strategically pursue prospect and customer accounts showing intent in the buying cycle. New metrics and reports will need to be established to track and monitor results and revenue impact.


  • Partner with Marketing Strategy team to implement annual ABM campaign schedule with quarterly marketing plans for targeted sales accounts and contacts that focus on new logos and accelerate existing opportunities.
  • Experience with targeting, segmentation and list acquisition to build prospect database for demand gen campaigns.
  • Familiarity with technical sales cycles and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth
  • Execute 1:1, 1: few, and 1: many marketing initiatives to meet pipeline requirements of varied account segments
  • Identify opportunities to improve ABM effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes
  • Implement and manage ABM tools for intent monitoring, account advertising and reporting, such as DemandBase, Terminus, etc.
  • Quarterly reporting, automation and optimization of ABM business goals


  • Proven track record with account-based marketing programs preferred
  • Experience with marketing automation tools or other demand generation skills (SEO, website optimization, etc.) required
  • Deep understanding of demand generation and revenue attribution
    • Strong analytical ability to determine the success of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Ability to manage multiple short and long-term projects without close supervision
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience as well as Salesforce, Pardot and Site Catalyst knowledge
  • Ability to meet new people and build relationships working in a cross-departmental team environment 


  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience

Work experience should include a minimum of 1-2 years in a digital marketing role
