Senior Director of Digital Experience

The (Senior) Director of Digital Experience, at MasterControl, is responsible for the planning, development, and delivery of our digital prospect and customer experiences. The individual will insure the integration of various digital tools and platforms to insure a seamless and impactful user experience. Further, the individual will work closely with the UX, product, development and other marketing stakeholder groups to insure a consistent experience across touchpoints. The position reports to the EVP, Marketing & Indirect Sales and ensures that project/department milestones and goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. The position requires management of various domain experts and receives inputs from multiple stakeholders.

The individual must be capable of developing and managing relationships with peers, professional customers, department leaders, technical experts, and developers within MasterControl. The individual will be responsible for the development of both creative and technical developers with a spirit of collaboration and dedication to timely delivery of products and features.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute on the strategy for digital properties, including key performance indicators and other metrics for monitoring progress
  • Develop business objectives for digital services and prioritize activities based on the potential impact on sales, service, cost, and timing and represent efforts to leadership, customers, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with segment management, strategic marketing, and sales groups to deliver customized user experiences based on customer profiles, role, and global region
  • Insure professional and consumer engagement through expert groups, focus groups, usability studies, and customer feedback
  • Represent the voice of the consumer/professional to in the digital experience to insure a seamless and positive experience within and across properties.
  • Maintain a global perspective with respect to web, portals, file sharing, CRM, apps, and programming software and drive initiatives to minimize development costs and improve user experiences.
  • Collaborate with segment managers, strategic marketing, R&D, Marketing, Sales, and IT groups of MasterControl to provide competitive and disruptive digital offerings consistent with our mission and vision.

The following minimum requirements must be met:

  • Master's degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Eight years of experience in software development, IT, web development, or apps
  • Three years in a supervisory role
  • Experience developing and maintaining a collaborative team environment
  • Passion for identifying and delivering effective, reliable, and intuitive solutions
  • Results oriented personality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with international teams is a positive
