JOB SUMMARY:

MasterControl is seeking a Professional Services Partner Manager to support and develop strategic working relationships with organizations across multiple vertical markets and around the world. The Professional Services Partner Manager will work as a liaison between the MasterControl Professional Services team and partners to enable consistency and excellence in their work with our customers, and ensuring partners maintain the same level of quality and experience through onboarding, implementation and customization of the platform and solutions. The Professional Services Partner Manager must be capable of leading best practices, developing and refining partner support programs, and report analytics against KPIs to measure effectiveness and profitability of partner relationships.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain a partner selection and onboarding program with the goal of ensuring partners are certified to deliver services on behalf of MasterControl.
  • Ensure partners are utilizing MasterControl Professional Services best practices in their work and communication with customers, and continue to cultivate and train on new practices
  • Educate partners on recent releases of the platform and modules, and provide ad hoc training and guidance through projects.
  • Work with practice leaders to align education and training support across the Professional Services team.
  • Work collaboratively with Professional Services practice leaders to support work flow needs, identify and manage a pipeline of activity and revenue for partners, and direct projects to the appropriate partner.
  • Supervision and support of partner workloads, ensuring timely delivery of high quality services
  • Coordinate among multiple internal partner leads including marketing and sales, as well as executive leadership teams to support partnerships.
  • Measure and optimize partner activity to ensure profitable income flows.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Effective communication skills, strong attention to detail, writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate project details among multiple departments, and meet rigid deadlines.
  • Ability to organize and create insightful analytics using Excel or other analytics tools to drive strategic decisions.
  • Capable of assisting in the coordination, planning and execution of projects and training
  • Strongly self-motivated and proactive in identifying needs and supporting growth of a partner channel

EDUCATION AND TRAINING:

  • 3+ years of experience Channel and Professional Services experience required
  • Marketing, Business, or Computer Science degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Experience using MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, computer systems, and communication tools.
  • Strong understanding of Excel and analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills are required, both written and oral.
  • Database experience preferred.  
  • Experience in Life Science industries preferred
