The HR Generalist is responsible for Human Resources operations in a fast-paced technology environment.  The role works closely with the HR Manager and Company leadership to build and maintain a culture of Exceptional Teams.  The HRG will ensure US HR operations maintains best practices compensation, employee benefits, and governmental compliance.  The role will also manage internal Company events and Company-wide recognition programs.  This position plays an essential role on our high-energy and dynamic HR & Corpoate Operations team. 


  • Executes HR operational processes for US-based employees including compensation and benefits administration.  
  • Ensures compliance with local, state and federal employment laws including AAP, EEO-1, VETS-4212, FMLA, ACA, ADA and others.
  • Maintains accurate HR records and generates value-add HR reporting.
  • Maintains human resource information system records (ADP) and compiles reports from the database.
  • Delivers best-in-class new employee on-boarding experiences.
  • Actively involved in the planning and execution of internal Company events.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • 2+ years of operational human resources experience in a corporate environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, WORD, Excel and PowerPoint, MS Access a plus
  • Experience with HR-related legislation and employment law
  • Experience with managing payroll or compensation processes for 100+ employees, ADP experience preferred
  • Experience with benefits administration for a HDHP.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills to interact with internal and external parties in a manner that generates excitement and builds confidence in established processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines

  • Ability to operate a computer and work at a desk for an extended period of time.
  • Ability to travel and attend events where one may be standing for long periods of time.
