SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition Manager plays a critical and exciting role in building MasterControl's culture of Exceptional Teams.  This leader works closely with the MasterControl management team to recruit and retain outstanding employees in all areas of the Company. The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the efforts of our outstanding Talent Acquisition team to meet global recruiting goals and objectives.  Recruiting responsibilities for the role and the TA department include developing candidate pipelines, screening candidates, performing interviews, coordinating pre-employment hiring practices and maintaining recruiting documentation. The role works strategically with hiring managers to understand position requirements and the needs of the business. The Talent Acquisition Manager will also represent the Company while attending external recruiting functions, such as career fairs and networking events. The Talent Acquisition Manager will serve as a leader on the Corporate Services team, where they will manage internal culture development activities, career growth planning and strategic growth initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide inspiring leadership and mentoring to Talent Acquisition team to meet established hiring goals and objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with MasterControl's internal leadership team to understand hiring needs and advise on growth planning throughout the Company.
  • Provide recruiting expertise to the organization while looking for innovate operational changes.
  • Ensure global compliance standards are maintained for all recruitment activities including federal requirments for AAP in the US.
  • Analyze and present recruiting metrics to executive management.
  • Ensure a strong recruiting pipeline by sourcing both internal and external candidates
  • Provide a best in class interview experience to candidates while offering strategic insight on skills and abilities to managers.
  • Maintain recruiting records and applicant tracking system
  • Assist with new employee on-boarding to ensure a smooth transition into their new role
  • Active involvement in the execution of Company events and culture initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
  • 2+ years of experience recruiting technical positions in a software enviroment
  • Bachelors' Degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with social media recruitment platforms. #BestTeamOnThePlanet
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, WORD, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience utilizing electronic applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Knowledge of AAP best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to communicate well on email, over the phone and in person
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Ability to operate a computer and work at a desk for an extended period of time.
  • Ability to travel and attend events where one may be standing for long periods of time.
